LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West of Swallow Drive between Forge Drive
and Homestead Road.
ZONE: P (Planned Development with industrial/office land uses intended)
FIRE ZONE: 3
Conditions:
1--7. Architectural and Site Approval. Standard Conditions.
8. That a walkway be constructed on the eastern side of the building that
will relate to the adjoining 4=MI office entrances. The location of the
walk shall offer minimum exposure to roadway and parking traffic.
9. That bike racks be included on the site in a location determined by the
applicant.
10. That the staff review the intensity of the parking lot lighting upon
installation to insure that they do riot produce an objectional glare.
11. That additional shrubbery be placed along Homestead Road frontage adjacent
to the building. The choice and number of plants shall he reviewed by staff.
l2. That the total signing for the ANT buildings on Homestead Road shall consist
of one sign that will be 10 ft. in height as shown on Exhibit A and one that
will be 7 ft. as previously approved for the AMI building on Swallow Drive
and Forge Drive. The location of these signs shall be determined by the
applicant and the staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
