Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the applicant resubmit architectural plans for the theatre that are
more in keeping with the original approval.
9. That the landscaping be shown as originally approved and that photinia be
used to the west of the ground sign for the Shopping Center.
10. That the planting area width adjacent to Mary Avenue is approved based upon
Exhibit D 1st Revision. The mounding on the Mary Avenue frontage shall
attain a slope steepness of not greater than 2;l.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City/of Cupertino, State of
