OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CO;IMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval
of site, architecture, landscaping, grading and
lighting fora mini -storage facility as indicated
on Exhibits A and B.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. In the event the Department of Transportation does not approve the land=
scaping on the Freeway right-of-way the applicant shall agree to return
to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee for the purposes of
inserting additional landscaping along the northern property line by
removing some of the bays, the number of which will be determined by
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. A final determination
shall be made prior to issuance of a building permit.
9. That a landscaping screen be used along the northern property line on the
eastern and western edges of the end of the mini -storage warehouses to
screen the view of the warehouses from the Freeway and adjoining uses.
10. That the slump stone wall be continued around the ends of the buildings
to provide a finished look to the exposed ends of the warehouses.

11. That the wood fence on the west side of the property be repaired or re-
placed if necessary by the applicant.
12. That the signing program for the mini -storage facility be coordinated
with the other developments within the Planned Development and until that
time temporary signing be permitted subject to approval of staff.
13. That the buildings be painted a buff color to blend in with the adjoining
property to the east and south.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
