APPLICANT: S & A Leasing Corporation, a subsidiary of Steak and Ale Restaurants of America ADDRESS: 12890 Hillcrest, Dallas, Texas 75230 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and .Highway 280, Cupertino, Calif. 95014 ZONE: PD with commercial intent FIRE ZONE: 2 Conditions: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That lighting and signing be continued to permit the applicant to develop a lighting and signing plan which considers future development on adjoining properties. 9. That the applicant agree to delete the 4 parking spaces fronting on Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and landscape the area at the time that the property to the south develops. 10. That a permanent pedestrian path be installed when the property to the south develops. The location of the path will be determined at that time. 11. That prior to the issuance of a building permit the landscape architect shall submit a certified report stating how the 3 existing pine trees will be maintained during and after construction of the restaurant. 12.
