PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 7-U-81 of LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY N.C. INC.: USE PERMIT to
construct two office buildings equaling a total of 130,000 sq. ft. in a P
(Planned Development with commercial/office and residential, maximum 30
dwelling units per gross acre intent) zone and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The
Environmental Review recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration.
The subject property is located on the north side of Rodrigues Avenue from
De Anza Boulevard to a point approximately 400 ft. easterly of Torre Avenue.
First Hearing continued. Tentative City Council hearing date - February 16, 1982.
2. Application 29-U-81 of WAHIB COSTANDI: USE PERMIT to construct a 7,000 sq. ft.
retail commercial building in a P (Planned Development with recreation,
entertainment and limited commercial intent) zoning district and ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a
Negative Declaration. Said property is located on the southeast corner of
Homestead and Stelling Road within the Brunswick Center. First Hearing.
Tentative City Council hearing date - February 16, 1982.
3. Application 30-U-81 of ELI MCFLY (BARNHART CONSTRUCTION COMPANY): USE PERMIT
to operate a restaurant and bar with a capacity of 200 seats in an existing
shopping center in a P (Planned Development with commercial, light industrial
and residential intent) zoning district and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environ-
mental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. Said
property is located on the southwest corner of Valley Green Drive and De Anza
Boulevard. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - February 16, 1982.
4. Applications 19-Z-81 and 18-U-81 of DE ANZA FORGE (CUPERTINO VILLAGE): REZONING
approximately 7.3 gross acres from A (Exclusive Agriculture) to P (Planned
Development with residential 10-20 dwelling units per gross acre and mini -storage
intent) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission;
and USE PERMIT to construct 96 residential condominimum units and a mini -storage
