CC Resolution No. 7162 RESOLUTION NO. 7162 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR PAVEMENT RESTORATION, PROJECT 87-104 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that Change Order No. 1 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as PAVEMENT RESTORATION, PROJECT 87-104. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropriation is necessary.
