OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CONMITIIEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
CANVAS AWNINGS WITH SIGN INFORMATION FOR AN EXISTING
COMMERCIA1/OFFICE BUILDING

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed awnings are an appropriate architectural embellishment
for door and window openings, as provided in Item 7 (d) of the Monta
Vista Design Guidelines.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A, B, and Info. of Application
ASAC 51,794.1, except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated
herein.
10) Items 2, 3 and 4 on Exhibit Info, are approved as part of this
application; Items 1 and 5 are specifically denied insofar as sign
information is indicated.
11) Lettering color shall be selected to match the lighter grey color on
the building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this11thday of July, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
