HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1390ASAC 51,792.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1390 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SECOND GROUND SIGN FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: Amcoe Sign Company APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 960 San Antonio Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 PROPERTY OWN R: Sobrato Interests II PROJECT LOCATION: 20700 Valley Green Drive FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The ground sign is consistent with the intent of the sign ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application 51,792.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) The wall -mounted sign on the east side of the building shall be removed prior to issuance of sign permits for the ground sign. 11) grr_.,1d one tenant occupy the subject building SuhCPrn1on+- to 1r,; approval, the tenant shall be limited to a single ground sign. The second sign shall be removed. 12) The tenant's street address shall be installed on the sign or sign base.
