OF THE ARCEITECI'JRAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERZZNO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
NEW GROUND SIGN FOR AN EXISTING OFFICI;/RETAIL CENTER

PROTECT LOCATION: 20363 Stevens Creek Blvd.
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. Ground sign proposal is consistent with intent of the Sign Ordinance.
2. Ground sign proposal is consistent with Sian Ordinance provisions
pertaining to commercial signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-lst Revision of Application
51,778.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The tenant panel backgrounds shall be opaque.
11) Tne applicant may move the ground sign toward the ea5'c: subject to
staff approval at the sign permit stage.
12) The approved tenant panel copy colors are as contained within the
approved wall sign program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
