HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1388ASAC 10-EXC-88 RESOLUTION NO. 1388 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN EXCEPTION FROM URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 1438 FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING APPLICANT: Terry Broom Construction APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 21721 Granada Avenue PROPERTY OWNER: Same PROJECT LOCATION: 21520 Rainbow Drive FINDING : The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The Urgency Ordinance standards create practical difficulties for development of the subject site due to the house orientation mandated by conditions of approval, unusual side setback requirement, and the single -story zoning limitation. 2. The exception is consistent with the criteria for exceptions contained within ASAC Resolution No. 1438 (Minute Order) and Urgency Ordinance No. 1438. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 10-E<C-88 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
