OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING VARIOUS EXCEPTIONS TO ORDINANCE 1438 FOR SETBACK REQUIREMENTS
FOR AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING RESIDENCE

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to the subject
application:
1) Undue hardship and practical difficulties are demonstrated in complying with the stated
requirements of the Urgency Ordinance, as the appliocant is otherwise unable to match
architectural forms in a manner which is compatible with surrounding structures.
2) The degree of deviation requested from prescribed regulations would not result in a
building form the intensity of which is inconsistent with the intent of the Urgency
Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 at a regular meeting of the Architectural
and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following vote:
