HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1387ASAC 9-EXC-88 RESOLUTION NO.1387 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING VARIOUS EXCEPTIONS TO ORDINANCE 1438 FOR SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING RESIDENCE APPLICANT/DEVELOPER Harlan Jackson PROPERTY OWNER Same APPLICANT'S ADDRESS 22450 Cupertino Road, Cupertino, CA. 95014 PROJECT LOCATION South side of Cupertino Road, easterly of Foothill Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to the subject application: 1) Undue hardship and practical difficulties are demonstrated in complying with the stated requirements of the Urgency Ordinance, as the appliocant is otherwise unable to match architectural forms in a manner which is compatible with surrounding structures. 2) The degree of deviation requested from prescribed regulations would not result in a building form the intensity of which is inconsistent with the intent of the Urgency Ordinance. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 at a regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following vote: AYES: MEMBERS: Miller, Gong, Baca, Chr.
