RESOLUTION NO. 1386
OF THE ARCEIITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMTITEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A GbNN RCIAL BUILDING

APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 21670 Stevens Creek Blvd.
PROJECT LOCATION: Southwest corner, Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Imperial Avenue
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject application:
1) Proposed sign program requirements are consistent with Section
17.24.060 of the Sign Code concerning building mounted signs for
commercial centers.
2) Proposed sign program is consistent with Section 11 (A) of the Monte
Vista Design Guidelines.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 1st. Rev. of Application ASAC
51,775.1.
10) Above -canopy mounting technique shall be subject to approval at the
building permit stage. If applicable building codes cannot be
satisfied, a revised mounting technique shall be subject to ASAC
approval before any sign permits are issued.
11) Prior to issuance of building permits, the owner/applicant shall
obtain staff approval of a uniform height and length for each sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
