OF THE CITY OF CUPERI`INO RECOMMEtTDING APPROVAL OF
DUPLEX ADDITION

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The window is consistent with the character of the previously approved
design.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit B of Application ASAC 51,712.12
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Corrnittee of the City of Cupertino, State
