HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1383ASAC 51,790.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1383 OF THE ARCHI'T'ECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAI3/OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: Hilborn Hoover Properties APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 3075 Pacific Avenue San Francisco, California 94115 PROPERTY OWNER: Elisabeth Griffinger PROJECT LOCATION: 10131 Bubb Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposal will upgrade and enhance the appearance of the site. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A, B, and Info. of Application ASAC 51,790.1, except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Applicant shall submit final landscaping plans for the site to staff for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits for improvements. Staff may refer the plans to ASAC for informal review if staff believes the plans are not satisfactory. 11) No mechanical or HVAC equipment shall be visible to the public. The final location of said equipment shall be approved by staff prior to issuance of building permits. 12) The existing roof equipment and equipment screen shall be removed. 13) The storage enclosures on the north side of the building shall be removed. 14) The sign location shown on the submitted exhibits are not approved under this application.
