HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1382ASAC 7-EXC-88 RESOLUTION NO. 1382 OF THE ARCHI TECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF TILE CITY OF CUPEFI'INO APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO ORDINANCE 1438 FOR SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR A PROPOSED SINGLE-FAMILY DWEILING APPLICANT/DEVELOPER: Fred Reinell APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1700 The Alameda San Jose, California 95126 PROPERTY OWNER: Parkside Lane, Ltd. PROTECT LOCATION: E. side of Blaney Avenue, South of Rodriguez Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The applicant has demonstrated that the Exception represents the least degree of deviation from prescribed regulations in that the curved driveway setback standard will most likely be reinstated in the Amended Zoning Ordinance. 2. The proposed Exception has no effect upon building mass that is perceptible to adjoining properties or public streets, consistent with the intent of the Interim Ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibit A and B of ASAC Application 7 -EMC -88, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
