KHOV APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1577 ALMADEN ROAD, SAN JOSE, CA, 95125 PROJECT LOCATION: BOLLINGER PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER 7335-A BOLLINGER ROAD, CUPERTINO FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The tenant is subject to hardship in that the existing sign is obscured from visibility to the street by existing landscaping. 2. The additional sign is appropriately granted under the Sign Code's provisions for Planned Development districts. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed _herein. In the event of conflict, the conditions herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,786.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) Sign colors shall be consistent with the existing sign program for the center.
