RESOLUTION NO. 1380
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SECOND
WALL SIGN FOR A TENANT WITHIN AN EXISTING
SHOPPING CENTER

PROJECT LOCATION: BOLLINGER PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER
7335-A BOLLINGER ROAD, CUPERTINO
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The tenant is subject to hardship in that the existing sign is
obscured from visibility to the street by existing landscaping.
2. The additional sign is appropriately granted under the Sign Code's
provisions for Planned Development districts.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
_herein. In the event of conflict, the conditions
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,786.1
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) Sign colors shall be consistent with the existing sign program for
the center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Coimnittee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
