OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SIGNS TTO BE PLACED ON AN EXISTING BRIDGE WITH A
PLANNED INDUSTRIAL ZONE

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The signs meet the requirement of the Sign Ordinance requirements for
freeway oriented signs.
2. For the purposes of interpreting the Sign Ordinance, the bridge is
considered a building.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Connnittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F and F-1 of Application 51,784.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
