AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING DUPLEX

The Architectural and Site Approval Cortunittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The height of the structure complies with the provisions of the R-2
Ordinance.
2. The increased height of the structure will be mitigated by the
planting of specimen trees on the south side of the property.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of
Application ASAC 51,712.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The height of the structure may be increased to a maximum average
height of 30 feet above adjoining finished grade.
11) The applicant shall install specimen trees (24" box) on the south
side of the property to soften the appearance of the two story
addition. The Director of Planning and Development has the
authority to approve the planting plan relative to size and
placement of the trees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
