Dublin, California 94568 PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. PROJECT LOCATION: Pruneridge and Wolfe Road The Architectural and Site Approval Coitunittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) Proposed Exception is justified per Section 17.44.010 insofar as the Courtyard Hotel, identified as an off -site use, has its only public street access from Pruneridge Avenue; denial would constitute hardship and inconsistency with the ordinance input that signing serve and facilitate public convenience in locating particular sites in the community. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application 51,785.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
