OF THE ARCHITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A FREESTANDING
SIGN FOR AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) Proposed freestanding sign is consistent with section 17.24.220 of the
Sign Code concerning ML (Light Industrial) zones.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits F and F1 of Application 51,777.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
