RESOLUTION NO. 1370
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNIITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PARTIAL STREET
LIGHTING PLAN AS REQUIRED BY STANDARD CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
APPLICANT/DEVELOPER: Robert Gray Associates

PROJECT LOCATION: South side of Rainbow Drive between Bubb and
Stelling Roads
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject application:
1) That portion of the lighting plan affecting Sevens Springs Drive is
consistent with City standards for street area lighting, and shall
apply to all portions of said street.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits E 1st Revision and E-1 of ASAC
Application 9-U-83 (Amended) except as may be amended by Conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The lighting device shown on Exhibit E-1 shall be modified to
utilize a 28 foot high mounting height and 70 watt fixtures for Lake
Spring Court and Orchard Spring Court.
For Raintree Spring Court and Copper Spring Court, the lighting
device shown on Exhibit E-1 shall be modified to be 28 feet high
with 70 watt fixtures. The number of poles shall be determined by
staff prior to installation.
A final photometric surface illumination study shall be provided to,
and approved by the City Engineer prior to installation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
