HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1369ASAC 51,674.11 RESOLUTION NO. 1369 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECONd�ENDING APPROVING A REDUCTION IN TENANT DISPLAY SPACE ON AN EXISTING GROUND SIGN FOR A RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER APPLICANT: Alice Siegrist PROPERTY OWNER: Alice Siegrist APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 217 Oak Meadow Los Gatos, California 95038 PROJECT LOCATION: Northwest corner of DeAnza Blvd. and Rodrigues Ave. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows: 1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the intent of provisions for commercial signage as specified in Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. 2. The proposed Interim Sign Area reduction implements in part the intent of Condition 10 of Resolution 1299. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits F-2 and F-3 of Application ASAC 51,674.11 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Condition 10 of ASAC Resolution 1299 shall remain in full force and effect. At such time as the property owner, successor in interest, or authorized agent shall request a change to any tenant panel listed on Exhibit F-2, the sign shall be rebuilt in accordance with the dimensions specified on Exhibit F-3. By obtaining a permit to install modifications to the sign as shown on Exhibit F-2, the property owner shall thereby indicate acceptance of any conditions specified in this resolution.
