HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1368ASAC 6-EXC-88 RESOLUTION NO. 1368 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO ORDINANCE 1438 FOR SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXISTING SINGIS-FAMILY DWELLING APPLICANT/DEVELOPER: Wm & Jo Vanderbeek PROPERTY OWNER: Same APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10026 Crescent Road Cupertino, California 95014 PROJECT LOCATION: Southeast corner of Crescent Road and Orchard Court The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The applicant has demonstrated compatibility with the neighborhood context insofar as the front lot coverage is greater on surrounding parcels. 2) The proposed increase in front yard first story lot coverage is justified as a hardship imposed by narrow lot widths resulting from necessary roadway dedication requirements. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A and B of ASAC Application 6 -EC -88, except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
