RESOLUTION NO. 1367
OF THE ARCHETECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURE FOR A MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ROOF SCREEN
FOR AN EXISTING CHURCH BUILDING
APPLICANT/DEVELOPER: Gocd Samaritan United Methodist Church
PROPERTY OWNER: Good Samaritan United Methodist Church
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 19624 Homestead Road
Cupertino, California 95014
PROJECT LOCATION: Southeast corner, Homestead Road and Linnet Ave.
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject application:
1. The proposed roof screen is consistent with the existing Architectural
features of the building and fulfills the input of standard ASAC
Condition No. 3
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application ASAC 51,774.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The southerly return of the approved roof screen shall be
constructed of the same materials, and shall be positioned at a
similar height to the easterly portion shown on Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
