However, the degree of deviation represented by the excess second story F.A.R. and setbacks is beyond that necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the exceptions are sought. 2) The lot "shape" and area of the interior (southerly) parcel are such that no undue hardship on practical difficulties in complying with the Urgency Ordinance are demonstrated.
