HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1363ASAC 51,773.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1363 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECONMENDING APPROVAL OF AN EXCEPTION TO SECTION 17.32.090(A) OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE TO PERMIT AN OFF -SITE SUBDIVISION SIGN IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONE APPLICANT: MSI (7 -Springs) PROPERTY OWNER: Jean Gallegos APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 4749 Los Positas, Ste. C Livermore, California 94550 PROJECT LOCATION: Corner of Stelling and Rainbow FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Coimnittee finds the requested exception is justified because the proposed sign location is necessary to direct potential buyers along the most direct route to the project site. CONDITIONS: 1. The sign's location shall be subject to the approval of the City's traffic engineer. 2. The sign shall not exceed a height of 10 ft., consistent with Sign Ordinance requirements. 3. The approval shall remain effective for one year, or until all the units are sold, whichever comes first; however, extensions may be granted by the Planning Director.
