The proposed sign is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance provisions pertaining to commercial signage. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-1 lst./Rev. of Application ASAC 51,770.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) All signage inconsistent with the approved sign program shall be removed prior to issuance of a sign permit for the new ground sign. 11) The street address shall be incorporated onto the sign base as required by the Sign Ordinance. 12) The sheetmetal base shall be finished with an alternative material, subject to staff approval.
