OF THE CITY OF CUJPERTINO READING APPROVAL OF
A MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PAVING
TREAT= FOR A FIRE ACCESS LANE

PROJECT LOCATION: 10150 Torre Avenue
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds the proposed
modification is consistent with the intent of the original approval.
CONDITIONS:
1) The approval is based upon Exhibit A-1 of Application 36-U-86 except
as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
2) The approval is limited to the patio and fire access road
modifications shown on Exhibit A -l.
3) The interlocking paving stone path shall be constructed to meet the
load requirements necessary to support fire equipment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
