HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 135751,772.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1357 OF THE ARCIITTECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CONAU'IrI'EE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY APPLICANT: Craig Maynard, Cal Neon PROPERTY OWNER: De Anza Properties APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1577 Almaden Road San Jose, California 95125 PROJECT LOCATION: 10150 Torre Ave. and Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The proposed sign program is consistent with Sections 17.24.030 and 17.24.070 of the Sign Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,772.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Ground sign identification for the future office building which shares the site's Torre Avenue frontage may have to be combined with the monument sign approved under this application, which may entail redesign and resubmittal to ASAC for an amended sign program.
