OF THE ARCIITTECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CONAU'IrI'EE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY

PROJECT LOCATION: 10150 Torre Ave. and Stevens Creek Blvd.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed sign program is consistent with Sections 17.24.030 and
17.24.070 of the Sign Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,772.1
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) Ground sign identification for the future office building which
shares the site's Torre Avenue frontage may have to be combined with
the monument sign approved under this application, which may entail
redesign and resubmittal to ASAC for an amended sign program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
