RESOLUTION NO. 1354
OF TEE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COPS
OF THE CITY OF CtJPERTINO APPROVING A NEW SIGN PROGRAM
FOR AN EXISTING RESTAURANT
APPLICANT: Craig Maynard, Cal -Neon Signs

PROJECT LOCATION: 10905 N. Wolfe Road
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance
provisions pertaining to commerical signage.
2. The proposal is consistent with previous approvals pertaining to the
site.
l-3 Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9 Aeptrova1 is based upon Exhibit F, of Application ASAC 51,769.1
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The existing ground and building sign for Sneakers Restuarant shall
be removed prior to or concurrently with issuance of sign permits.
1.1) The site address shall be placed on the ground sign base.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and. Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
