INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

PROJECT LOCATION: North corner of Tantau
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance
provisions pertaining to industrial district and freeway -oriented
signage.
2. The proposed sign is a corporate identification sign not specifically
intended for advertising and accordingly is consistent with Sign
Ordinance Section 17.28.050.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,759.1 except
as nay be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) All provision of ASAC Resolution No. 1342 not in conflict with
condition contained herein shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Cormnittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
