FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The sign is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance provisions
pertaining to office signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application ASAC 51,768.1 except
as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The existing freestanding sign on the site shall be removed
simultaneously with installation of the sign approved under this
resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
