V "4i .7 A REC`i' iuu '& vl AT AN EXISTING SHOPPING CENTER APPLICANT: 20/20 Recycling Centers PROPERTY OWNER: Edward Cali APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 226 South 24th Street San Jose, CA 95116 PROJECT LOCATION: 10425 South De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The application is consistent with the criteria for review of recycling centers as contained within Ordinance 1426. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision, Packet A, and the kiosk description of Application ASAC 51,767.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) This approval is granted for a period of one year. ASAC shall review the application for compliance with Ordinance 1426 at that time. Particularly, the applicant shall demonstrate that the recycling center does not create a parking shortage at the center. 11) The applicant shall comply with all provisions of the City Noise Ordinance (Chapter 10.48 of the Municipal Code) .
