RESOLUTION NO. 1349 (MINUTE ORDER)
OF THE ARCFIITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CCUZII TEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ASKING THE CITY COUNCIL TO
WAIVE THE STREET AND STREETSCAPE REQUIREMENTS IN
THE CASE OF APPLICATION ASAC 51,762.1
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds that the street
improvements required under the Street and Streetscape Improvement Policy
would be an unreasonable imposition given the limited scope of the
project. The Committee also encourages the relocation of the underground
gas tanks as proposed in the subject application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
