FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The project is inconsistent with the City Street and Streetscape
Improvement Policy which requires implementation of improvements for a
project of this type.
2. The project is inconsistent with the Stevens Creek Boulevard
Conceptual Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
