WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize the accomplishments of Timothy Kreiger on the occasion of his winning National Semiconductor’s 2000-2001 Internet Innovator Award for
an Individual Project, and
WHEREAS, Timothy Krieger teaches Biology and AP Biology at Monta Vista High School; and
WHEREAS, Tim has demonstrated the ability to consistently challenge and promote excellence in 2000-2001 Internet Innovator Awardshis students and in recognition has been awarded grants
and other community support. Tim’s instruction is student centered, with projects that are real-life, meaningful and fun; and
WHEREAS, Tim’s professional excellence is exemplified by his excellent rapport with his students. His enthusiasm and professionalism are qualities witnessed and acknowledged by peers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor Sandra James, and the Cupertino City Council, do hereby commend and recognize the

for his accomplishments as a teacher at Monta Vista High School and for the example he has made for the community and people of Cupertino.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Thursday, October Eighteen, Two Thousand and One.
