WHEREAS, the city of Cupertino wishes to recognize the Chinese Church in Christ on the occasion of its open house event on Saturday, November 6, Two-Thousand and Four; and
WHEREAS, the Chinese Church in Christ, the newest church in Cupertino, is holding an open house to extend its appreciation to its members, friends, and neighbors for their support and
hard work; and
WHEREAS, the Chinese Church in Christ is opening its doors to the entire community to introduce the church's, programs, activities, schedules and vision; and
WHEREAS, the Chinese Church in Christ is anew and dynamic member to our city’s community of worship and fellowship.
NOW, therefore, I, Mayor Sandra James, and the Cupertino City Council, do hereby recognize the
Chinese Church in Christ
and all who have contributed to the success of building this new addition to our community, and creating a special place for the families of Cupertino.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Sixth day of November, Two-Thousand and Four.
