WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize the vitality and accomplishments of Mrs. Kwuing-Wan Pan; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Pan has lived in Cupertino for more than a decade; and
WHEREAS, her personal strength and integrity is evidenced by the prosperity of her seven children; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Pan’s personal excellence is exemplified by her participation in her community, the value she places on friends and the importance of her family; and,
WHEREAS, seldom does one person make such a difference for good in the lives of so many.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I, Vice Mayor Kris Wang do hereby commend and recognize
Mrs. Kwuing-Wan Pan
for her accomplishments and for the profound and positive example she has made for the community and people of Cupertino.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Saturday, October Seven, Two Thousand and Six.
