WHEREAS, on Sunday, February Eleventh, Two Thousand and Seven, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize the Saint Joseph of Cupertino School; and,
WHEREAS, Saint Joseph of Cupertino School has made significant contributions to our city, state and nation for over 50 years; and,
WHEREAS, Saint Joseph of Cupertino School has been supported by the dedication of countless people including its principals, teachers, lay-people, parents, sisters and pastors; and,
WHEREAS, Saint Joseph of Cupertino School has flourished through emphasizing the values of strong academic preparation, personal development, spirituality and community service, and
has set the highest standards for developing the citizen-leaders of tomorrow.
NOW, therefore, I, Mayor, Kris Wang, and the Cupertino City Council, do hereby recognize the
Saint Joseph of Cupertino School
for its tradition of excellence and in gratitude for the school’s important role in our dynamic and diverse community.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Eleventh day of February, 2007.
