WHEREAS, on Thursday, September Thirteenth, Two Thousand and Seven, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize John Huckstadt, the Chairman and CEO of 501(c) Services, the Trust Manager;
and
WHEREAS, John Huckstadt was Executive Director of the United Cerebral Palsy Association from 1970 to 1978; and
WHEREAS, John always wanted to make a difference about the excessive state unemployment taxes; and
WHEREAS, John saved nonprofit organizations many millions of dollars by developing innovative unemployment programs through 501(c) Services.
NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Cupertino, do hereby commend and recognize
John Huckstadt
for his excellent work in creating unemployment programs to help solve the problem of high unemployment insurance costs.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Thursday, September Thirteenth, Two Thousand and Seven.
