WHEREAS, the city of Cupertino wishes to congratulate Hsien Jung Liu & Chao Chao Chang upon the celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary; and,
WHEREAS, best wishes and felicitations on this exciting day that they have shared with friends and family from around the world; and,
WHEREAS, Hsien Jung Liu & Chao Chao Chang, have together participated in many dramatic changes that have taken place in their lives, and whom together we hope have also found the happiest
of times; and,
WHEREAS, in the clarity of many years of having shared quiet homes and first beginning, here now do we honor laughter and the love of friends.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I, Mayor Kris Wang, and the Cupertino City Council, do hereby offer their most sincere wishes for the continued happiness of
Hsien Jung Liu & Chao Chao Chang
Congratulations from all of us at the city of Cupertino and all the best for the many years shared together, that have been and are yet to come.
