WHEREAS, on Thursday, February Eleventh, Two Thousand and Ten, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize Evershine Group on the occasion of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce’s 12th Annual
Lunar New Year Luncheon; and
WHEREAS, Evershine Group is receiving the Bridge Award-Organization; and
WHEREAS, they specialize in high-density residential and retail projects; and
WHEREAS, Evershine Group owns Marketplace Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, they have been active in the community by supporting many non-profit groups like Cupertino Educational Endowment Foundation (CEEF), Cupertino Rotary, Asian Pacific American
Leadership Institute (APALI), California Cricket Academy and the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, they also gave a grant to the City of Cupertino to support the aquarium in the Cupertino Library.
NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Cupertino, do hereby commend and recognize
Evershine Group
for their outstanding service, dedication, and for creating a stronger and better community for the City of Cupertino.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Thursday, February Eleventh, Two Thousand and Ten.
