WHEREAS, on Saturday, October Fifteenth, Two Thousand and Eleven, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize El Camino Hospital on the occasion of their 50th Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, El Camino Hospital is a not-for-profit organization with hospital campuses in Mountain View, CA and Los Gatos, CA; and
WHEREAS, their hospitals have served communities in the South San Francisco Bay Area for nearly fifty years; and
WHEREAS, they strive to provide superlative care by focusing on patients’ needs, rather than on shareholders’ demands, and by incorporating the latest, proven medical technology and
attracting the best medical staff and affiliated physicians; and
WHEREAS, they will celebrate a half century of forward thinking to benefit the health and well being of the people in our community.
NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Cupertino, do hereby commend and recognize
El Camino Hospital’s
50th Anniversary
and thank them for improving the health and well being of the community and for their commitment to providing the very best in patient care.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed this Saturday, October Fifteenth, Two Thousand and Eleven.
