WHEREAS, on Saturday, July Second, Two Thousand and Eleven, the City of Cupertino wishes to recognize the TamKing University Alumnus Association Northern California Drum Team; and
WHEREAS, the TamKing University Alumnus Association Northern California Drum Team did an outstanding drum performance in the beginning of the Chinese-American Athletics Tournament Torch
Lighting Ceremony; and
WHEREAS, the sounds of their drums are very musical and inspirational to the spirit of the Chinese American Athletics; and
WHEREAS, this event has been made possible by Joseph Sung, a great leader of culture and tradition; and
NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Cupertino, do hereby recognize
TamKing University Alumnus Association Northern California Drum Team
and commend them for their hard work and dedication and congratulate them for all their accomplishments.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of Cupertino to be affixed Saturday, July Second, Two Thousand and Eleven.
