WHEREAS, another glorious year of Cupertino Rotary comes to a close; and
WHEREAS, President Hung Wei can now line dance her way into the most
esteemed Past President’s club; and
WHEREAS, President Hung Wei achieved her membership goal by ending the
year at 216 members; and
WHEREAS, under President Hung Wei’s leadership, we celebrated our club’s 60th
birthday AND topped her CREF campaign goal of ONE millions
dollars; and
WHEREAS, President Hung Wei promoted the three ships, “Ownership,
Friendship, and Membership”; and
WHEREAS, more jewelry was on board the Cupertino Rotary ship than the
Titanic; and
WHEREAS, together with our hands and heart, we make a difference one project
at a time!!!!
NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Cupertino, do
hereby recognize Hung Wei
2014-2015 President of Cupertino Rotary, to be a fine Rotary Leader and Role
Model.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the
City of Cupertino to be affixed this Wednesday, June Twenty-Fourth,
Two Thousand and Fifteen.
