WHEREAS, on October First, Two Thousand and Fifteen, Santa Clara County’s
finest teachers will be honored at the 46th annual Teacher Recognition Day awards
program at the Heritage Theatre in Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Susan Rocha from Cupertino High School has been selected by the
Fremont Union School District as an outstanding teacher who exemplifies
excellence in the classroom; and
WHEREAS, Susan’s teaching style shows creativity and leadership to engage her
students; and
WHEREAS, Susan characterizes how caring and passion in her teaching benefits
all her students; and
WHEREAS, Susan’s dedication to her students shows her unwavering
commitment to serving, inspiring and promoting student and public school
success.
NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Cupertino, do
hereby recognize
Susan Rocha
and applaud her caring inspiration, contributions and dedicated commitment to
the role she has played in helping our youth gain a strong lifelong educational
foundation.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the
City of Cupertino to be affixed this Thursday, October First, Two Thousand and
Fifteen.
