Proclamation
WHEREAS, The City of Cupertino wishes to recognize Grace Schmidt on the
occasion of her retirement for nineteen years of faithful and
professional service to the City of Cupertino; and
WHEREAS,
Office of the City Clerk by attaining the designations of “Certified
Municipal Clerk” and of “Master Municipal Clerk”; and
WHEREAS,
who complete demanding education requirements and who have a
record of significant contributions to their local government,
community, and state; and
WHEREAS,
public service with nineteen years of providing exemplary
municipal clerk services, serving eleven years as Deputy City
Clerk and eight years as City Clerk; and
WHEREAS,
Clerk Grace Schmidt, and wishes her continued success in her
retirement and future endeavors; and
THEREFORE,
hereby acknowledge and honor
Grace Schmidt
for her dedication and commitment to the City of Cupertino and congratulate her on the
occasion of her retirement from the City of Cupertino.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of
Cupertino to be affixed this Tuesday, December Seventeenth, Two Thousand and Nineteen.
