Proclamation
WHEREAS, The City of Cupertino wishes to recognize Tom Dyer, longtime
volunteer for the Rotary Club of Cupertino, an organization of
business and professional persons united worldwide who provide
humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all
vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world; and
WHEREAS,
as a member of the Rotary Club of Cupertino; and
WHEREAS,
contributing to numerous major Rotary programs, such as the Fall
Family Festival, Operation Snowflake, the Veteran’s program at
Monta Vista High School, the Adult Education program at
Fremont Union High School District, and many more; and
WHEREAS,
including Rebuilding Together, JW House, West Valley
Community Services, and many more; and
WHEREAS,
contribution to the community, and helped make Cupertino a
better place to live, work, and play.
THEREFORE,
hereby congratulate and proclaim
Tom Dyer
as an outstanding volunteer of the City of Cupertino and commend him for his many years
of excellent service to our community.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of
Cupertino to be affixed this Wednesday, January Fifteenth, Two Thousand and Twenty.
