The material listed below is approved for use by the California State Fire Marshall.

Made with non-combustible elements, this IFR fabric is inherently and permanently flame resistant for the
life of the fabric, without the addition of flame retardant chemicals. This flame resistance will NOT wash out.
Rose Brand, however, recommends annual testing of the fabric using the NFPA 705 Field Test Method for
Textiles, as accumulations of airborne dust and oils may diminish the flame resistance of the fabric.

WT-102 Flame Retardant Coating is a Class A (Class 1) Non-Hazardous, Non-Toxic, Flat Interior,
Latex- Based Flame Retardant Intumescent Coating for Application over Raw Wood and Other
Surfaces. WT-102 has excellent adhesion abilities adding strength to wood and metal.
• Appearance - consistency of paint.
• Available in white, black and color-base for mixing of custom colors. Use water-soluble dispersible tint.
Tinting Guidelines are available.
• Weight - 5-gallon pails weigh 60 lbs.
• Storage - do not allow to freeze. Store between 40f and 80f.
• Shelf life is one year if container is unopened. Once container
is opened, chemical must be used completely.
• Do not add water or change chemical composition in any way.
• Closed containers exposed to heat may rupture due to pressure build-up.

255, UL No. 723, UBC No. 42-1 fire retardancy requirements with a Class A flame spread, British Standard
5867: Part 2:1980 & British Standard 476:Part 7:1987. Previously Approved by ICBO Report #3656 and City
of Los Angeles Research Report #RR 24303.

▪ Prepare substrate by sanding and removing any silicone or oil based coatings that may already be on
wood. WT-102 will not adhere to a surface that has not been properly prepared.
▪ Applicator must wear paint, mask and gloves suitable for latex coatings.
▪ WT-102 must be mixed extremely well. Minimize contact with air as product dries fast.
▪ Coverage for Class A or Class 1 is 125 sq. ft. per gallon, in 1 Coat or 15-16 wet mils. Apply with an airless
sprayer (preferred tip size of 15-17), brush or roller. Cover entire exposed area.
▪ Certification for the State of California may require application by a California State Certified Applicator to
comply with requirements of the California State Fire Marshal.
Flush sprayer and/or equipment with water and wash hands with soap and water.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Call physician if swallowed. Clean with soap and water all
contacted areas.
Use only as directed. Sellers and Manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product
proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or
consequential, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. Before using, user must determine the
suitability of the product for its intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection
therewith. Any statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have no force or effect unless contained
in an agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer. Deterioration of coatings applied to interior finishes
can occur due to ambient conditions and repeated cleaning of the surface or painting over applied coatings. Fire
Retardants shall possess the desired degree of permanency and shall be maintained so as to retain the
effectiveness of the treatment under the service conditions encountered in actual use. Periodic testing and
inspection is recommended.

IIII BANNERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE HANDLED IN A CLEAN AREA WITH

IIII YOU MUST IDENTIFY THE STAIN BEFORE YOU TREAT IT. THE
CLEANING PROCESS WILL DEPEND ON THE SUBSTANCE PRESENT IN IT
(SEE CHART BELOW).
IIII EVALUATE WHETHER OR NOT TO TREAT STAIN. SOME STAINS ARE
IMPOSSIBLE TO BE REMOVED AND TRYING TO DO SO MAY DAMAGE THE
FABRIC AND MAKE IT LOOK WORSE.
IIII WHITE IS THE EASIEST AND SAFEST COLOR TO CLEAN. DARK
COLORS ARE MORE CHALLENGING AND OFTEN RESULT IN A RING OF
DISCOLORATION.
IIII MARK THE STAINED AREAS WITH A MASKING TAPE BEFORE
REMOVING FABRIC FROM FRAME. THIS WILL HELP YOU FIND THEM, AS
YOU SHOULD AVOID TREATING STAIN WITH THE FABRIC ON ITS FRAME.
IIII REMOVE EXCESS FOREIGN MATERIAL BY BLOTTING AND/OR
SCRAPING THE STAIN OR LIFTING IT WITH MASKING TAPE BEFORE
USING ANY CLEANER.
IIII IMPROPER STAIN TREATMENT MAY DAMAGE FABRIC OR MAKE IT
LOOK WORSE.
TREATING THE STAIN

PREVENT YOU FROM ENLARGING THE STAIN.
IIII DO NOT APPLY CLEANER TO FABRIC FROM A SPRAY BOTTLE. GENTLY
DAB IT INTO STAIN USING A Q-TIP. STAIN REMOVER SHOULD ONLY BE
APPLIED TO THE SOILED AREA.
IIII ALWAYS RINSE CLEANER FROM FABRIC WITH ROOM TEMPERATURE
WATER.DO NOT SATURATE.
IIII DRY THE AREA RIGHT AWAY WITH AN ABSORBENT CLOTH AND HAIR
DRYER. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A RING OR DISCOLOR THE
FABRIC.
IIII AFTER DRYING, HOLD FABRIC AGAINST LIGHT. IF STAIN APPEARS
CLEAN BUT AREA IS DARK, RINSE AND DRY AGAIN - YOU MAY NOT HAVE

How we accommodate mobility requests
•The Events Team receives Guest Registration report and share all the mobility requests with the Accessibility Coordinator
•The Accessibility Coordinator will contact each self-identified guest, make an introduction, ask additional questions if necessary,
and share phone number with the guest.
•Accessibility Coordinator will set up cart support schedule based on requirements received, but also accounting for those guests
who didn’t self-identified and may need mobility requirements once on campus.
•Upon arriving at Apple Park [Tantau Reception, Visitor Center, Wolfe Reception], TA08 or TA14, Guest will call or text the
Accessibility Coordinator and inform of their arrival. Accessibility Coordinator ’s team members will support the Guest throughout
the day
•Access up to the press riser is available through a ADA outfitted special golf cart with ramp to deliver guest both up to the press
riser from Tantau Reception and also back down from press riser location to Tantau Reception where there are ADA restrooms
available. (This is necessary due to the steep incline of the pedestrian jogging pathway up / down to / from the press riser)
•At the press riser location, there is an ADA ramp in place to allow guests to access both the riser and press lounge area
•Accessibility staff are staged during events both at Tantau Reception and near the Steve Jobs Theater
•Events team staff and public relations staff are always in place at press riser location to coordinate any special requests
•Guests leveraging mobility assistance will be able to use restrooms at the following locations:
- Tantau Reception Center, Apple Park Visitors Center & Steve Jobs Theater

6 Conclusion
Intertek has conducted testing for Serge Ferrari on 502 to assess the propagation of flame
beyond the area exposed to the ignition source. Testing was conducted in accordance with
NFPA 701-2015, Method 2 - Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles
and Films for flat sheets (See section 13.1.3).
The sample PASSED the testing criteria for NFPA 701-2015, Method 2 - Standard Methods of
Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films for flat sheets (See section 13.1.3).
The conclusions of this test report may not be used as part of the requirements for Intertek
product certification. Authority to Mark must be issued for a product to become certified.
