Proclamation
WHEREAS, The Cupertino community is made up of countless outstanding
residents, businesses, organizations, and volunteers who each add
to the value, diversity, and culture of our city;
WHEREAS,
premier senior living retirement community, which has a long
history of providing service and creating for its residents a culture
of friendship, health, sustainability, and purpose in a space that
highlights the beautiful nature and recreation of Cupertino;
WHEREAS,
September 12, 1991 and quickly grew in size and services offered
to now be home to more than 500 residents who are able to
maintain their independence, dignity, and a high quality of life in a
safe, active, and comfortable environment;
WHEREAS,
and its many contributions to our Cupertino seniors;
WHEREAS,
to dedicate this proclamation to the residents who truly make The
Forum the special place it is.
THEREFORE,
Proclaim its support of and gratitude towards
Residents of The Forum
and also commend The Forum and its employees in celebration of 30 years of dedicated
service for seniors in the City of Cupertino.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the City of
Cupertino to be affixed this Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
